FIT4MOM is the country’s largest fitness program for moms offering prenatal and postnatal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. We offer prenatal exercise through our Fit4Baby program. Plus we offer two fitness programs for women after they have given birth. Body Back is our woman-only boot camp. Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre is our mommy-and-me fitness classes.
